Laurier CIM Group, Inc., the exclusive reseller and implementer of Infor supply chain ERP application software throughout Canada, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, mature & energetic Manager of Application Consulting Services.

As a leader in automated solutions for the hardgoods distribution industry, Laurier offers a relaxed work environment where we surround our products with world-class developers, technicians, and application specialists, all sharing the same passion for servicing our Customers with best practices consulting, delivery & support processes.

Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Care, the Manager of Application Consulting Services will be a key member of our Senior Management team with the overall responsibility of successfully implementing Infor applications for our Customers.

You will ensure all Application Consulting Services are delivered in a timely, profitable, and professional manner, always exceeding Customer expectations. You will continually enhance and manage our Application Consulting Services processes so that our solutions are effectively deployed, and we address our Customers needs and issues promptly and fully. You will directly participate in the effective planning & project management of delivery of products & services to our growing marketplace.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

o Meet revenue & profitability targets of the Application Consulting Services Team.

o Develop and administer repeatable cost effective processes to deliver client services.

o Manage, coach, mentor, hire & retain quality personnel at the operational level in the Application Consulting Services Team.

o Work closely with the Sales Team to respond to customer needs and participate in setting and managing Customer expectations in order to maintain a very high level of Customer satisfaction. Exceed these expectations in practise.

o Develop business/marketing plan to ensure Application Consulting Services Team consistently meets their revenue and Customer satisfaction targets. Visit Customers on a regular basis.

o Contribute to our overall Business Objectives.

o Be a strong Team Player.

o Be willing to travel frequently.

Applicants must combine a strong background in application software proficiency and/or project management experience for the wholesale distribution industry.

Education and skill requirements include: a degree in IT, Business, Accounting or technical training equivalent; experience in some or all of the following roles in the distribution industry - auditing,
