Job Description	The ideal candidate must have strong academic knowledge and basic hands on experience with Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, Struts, Spring, iBATIS and preferably some experience in an Oracle SQL, PL/SQL application development environment. This position will proactively collaborate with business users and Functional Analysts to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions. This position reports to the Director, Application Development. • Document technical designs • Complete coding, unit testing and peer reviews on-schedule and with high quality • Perform configuration and change management activities • Adhere to the company standards and software development processes • Work independently or as part of a team Job Requirements : The position requires a minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience with the latest Java/J2EE technologies. Experience can be at a corporation or in a University Lab setting. A Bachelors or Masters Degree in MIS/Computers. Skill requirements include good knowledge and experience of core Java/J2EE development methods and day-to-day development tasks, such as: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, Struts, Spring, iBATIS Oracle database, SQL and PL/SQL Oracle ADF and/or SOA Suite platform experience is preferred BEA WebLogic J2EE Application server is preferred Oracle Financials, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay applications is preferred Experience with version control systems, preferably CVS
