Job Description
Pay Range: $50 - $60K salary + bonus + benefits REQUIREMENTS * 3+ years management in retail or big box environment * Sales, operations and production flow management experience a must * Prior responsibility for staffing levels, delegating duties and scheduling work hours * Must possess quantitative skills to understand store financial performance and operating statistics * Ability to forecast appropriately including P&L accountability * Able to work retail hours including Saturdays and overtime * Position requires manager to spend time outdoors, supervising certain team members * Prior experience reconciling sales, preparing reports and reading technical manuals * High school degree or GED DESCRIPTION * Manage all phases of store operations including retail sales, production flow, customer care & personnel management * Ensure store operates in an effective and efficient, profitable manner within the guidelines of the corporation * Drive sales performance by optimizing part sales, merchandising, store events and retailing * Manage & administer corrective actions in response to monthly financial statements & operating statistics * Attract, screen, hire, retain and develop employees at all levels * Institute performance planning, goal setting, performance evaluation & continuous improvement * Conduct employee training in all phases of daily operations * Prepare operating reports for area manager and administrative office * Oversee the reconciliation of cash and charge slips
