Candidates must aiso possess excellent communication skills in English and French and the ability to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will: >handle incoming customer inquiries in a prompt ,courteous and professional manner. >resolve customer concerns in a prompt ,courteous and efficient manner. >schedule,record and dispatch service requests accurately and in a prompt manner >have the ability to work independently or as part of a team >possess good organization and time management skills >maintain good knowledge of company products and services >have good basic computer skills
