Job Description	Pay Range: $50 - $80K salary + vested ownership + benefits + relocation assistance REQUIREMENTS * Must possess experience with forced induction applications (turbo''s / superchargers) * Strong Metal Fabrication Skills including TIG welding, machining, tube bending, sheet metal, fixture construction * Extensive knowledge of product development, testing & prototype production * Mechanic skills including diagnostics & automotive 12 volt electrical * Strong knowledge & involvement in the automotive aftermarket * College degree a plus * Ability to solve problems and make proactive decisions * Must possess strong collaboration, organizational, project & conflict management skills * CAD Design and tuning skills a plus RESPONSIBILITIES * Create, implement and manage prototype production, product quality, and general safety/ security processes and standards while leading system improvements * Set goals of product performance, construction quality and fitment; fabrication and construction of products * Testing of all products; work to progress products to meet final goals and provide sourcing with final prototypes ready for production * Develop documentation standards and systems; preparing project status reports; organizing and storing all product test data and conclusions * Catalog all failed parts and the action plan associated to changes made * Attend educational workshops to support the growth of product development capabilities while establishing personal networks * Working with sourcing department to approve all sample and production parts, install parts on vehicle to final approve fitment, performance and visual appeal * Calculate human resources needed, develop appropriate job descriptions, creation of goals and milestones for employees and monitor and progress employees capabilities
