Job Description	Enterprise software company, has an immediate opening for a Senior Implementation Consultant. Company develops enterprise accounting systems in a .NET/web services environment, as well as an object-oriented client/server environment. Description This position requires a hands-on experienced financial accounting software Implementation Consultant who has expertise in implementing accounting systems with related project management experience. Individual will be responsible for one or more implementation projects and would maintain project level relationships with our clients. The selected individual may be expected to participate in pre-sales activities, thus a deep understanding of Accounting discipline is essential. Job Responsibilities • Be a subject matter expert as it relates to each of the products • Project Planning as it relates to complete implementation projects • Can handle all implementation tasks (project management, kick-off meetings, design, review, GAP analysis, implementation, training, status reports, etc.) as well as be a team member on larger projects • Engage customers in planning meetings to plan out the scope, schedule and cost of services to be provided • Develop and nurture business relationships within our customer base to facilitate a sense of partnership with our customers as well as to sell add-on services • Resolve and escalate customer implementation issues to ensure customer satisfaction Required Qualifications § 5+ years Enterprise Accounting software implementation experience, preferably mid to high-market financial accounting implementation experience § CPA or demonstrated accounting expertise is required § Ability to understand customer business problems and clearly formulate and articulate software solutions to solve those problems § Must work well as a team member and individually § Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks § Project management skills § Ability to work well with all types of clients § Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills § Familiarity with business software applications (Word, Excel, etc.) § Strong SQL skills (must be experienced at writing queries), FRx Reporting, Crystal Reports, Oracle, Microsoft Access a plus § National Travel is required (75%) Company provides a comprehensive benefit plan including: • Bonus Plan Opportunity • Paid Holidays • P
