Job Description	Years of Experience: 3 Education Level: Bachelor''s Degree The role is a developer working on the Entitlement Management Platform. This is a new system which provides a robust review and workflow platform for managing sensitive entitlement information from the Firm’s most critical applications. The successful candidate will be part of a global development team working on a significant new development project. The project is highly visible and will have far reaching impact across the Firm. The system comprises a rich web-based UI, significant middle tier built in Java, and a DB2 database backend. We are looking for an intermediate level developer who seeks to further their career development in a role that offers exposure to current technology and tools. Skills Required Java, JUnit, Spring, XML, CXF, SOAP UML and OO design Web development experience Understanding of web technologies (MVC, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, Servlets, Struts, Ajax, JSON) Experience with Linux/Unix and exposure to scripting languages (Shell, Perl, etc.) Highly motivated, willingness to learn new technologies Skills Desired Flex, BlazeDs, Relational Database (DB2 or Sybase), SQL, Stored procedures, Hibernate Experience in financial industry Experience in working geographically dispersed teams Strong problem solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills Self motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership and accountability Skill Proficiency Intermediate Put "Intermediate Java Devloper" in Subject Line.
